When looking at our environmental impact, Denroy are aiming to delivery Net zero by 2050 by minimising our energy usage. We have invested in solar panels on the factory roof as a source of renewable energy and installed insulation for greater thermal performance.  It is top of the Denroy Group agenda to reduce waste and maximise recycling and reuse of the factory generated and post consumer scrap and we have already done this by removing all single use plastics from Denman product packaging.  We also regrind and re-use scrap parts and runners, where possible, to reduce waste to landfill and are collaborating with and contributing to The Plastic Bank.

We know how important it is to be an optimal employer and valued partner to society and we commit to this by promoting diversity in the workplace, for which we were awarded the Diversity Charter Mark bronze award.  Denroy also commit to equal opportunity and the wellbeing of our employees by setting up employee physical and mental health and wellbeing initiatives.  The investment in continual training and development is also a great way of nurturing talents, skills and expertise.

Complying with independent auditing and reporting structures, adhering to corporate governance in an ethical manner and committing to the EFQM business model are a few ways Denroy aim to observe all the laws, rules and regulations.  High standards of health and safety practices are hugely important and the legal and organisational frameworks and regulations are essential to continue growing a business we are proud of.
